1. Maximum two members per team. (Can be from same or different Institutions).

2. IEEE format should be strictly followed.

3. The following details should be sent along with the paper.

o The mail subject should be the title of the paper.

o Name of the participants.

o College,Department and Year of Study.

o Contact Details - Mobile no and Email Id.

4. Send your full paper to the following mail-id : elentrus15.papers@gmail.com

5. Last date for submission is 19-01-2015

6. Selected papers will be intimated on 22-01-2015.

7. Selected Participants are requested to bring two hard copies of the paper and a soft copy of the presentation in .ppt or .pptx format in CD/DVD.

8. Presentation time will be 8+2 min.

9. Participants must have their valid ID card and a Bonafide Certificate from their Institution.

10. Decision of the judges will be final.

11. Change of any author after selection will not be permitted.
