1. Maximum of 3 members per team. Participants from different colleges or departments must form a team.
2. The project should be related only to the core engineering of Electronics and Instrumentation.
3. For screening purpose, the participants must mail their abstracts to the following e-mail id : elentrus15.projects@gmail.com.
4. Last date for submission of Abstracts is extended to 19.01.2015.
5. Short listed teams who qualify in the screening round based on judging of abstracts will be informed by mail on 22-01-2015.
6. Participants should mail their abstracts preferably in .doc or .pdf format.
7. The first sheet should contain only title of the project, name of the team leader, names of the team members, departments and their respective institutes.
8. Projects should be hardware kits and not simulations.
9. The display must include a chart describing briefly the project and the hardware kit.
10. The organizers reserve all rights to change any or all rules as they deem fit. All changes will be highlighted on the website and short listed participants will be informed by mail.
11. The decision of the judges and the organizers will be final and binding.
